I scheduled an appointment with Cassie at Mandala based on a recommendation from a friend, and I am SO glad I did! When it comes to anything skincare related, I am very selective of who I see and Cassie did not disappoint! Upon my arrival, her facility was quiet and welcoming. She greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Her assessment of my skin, face structure, skin care regimen and her recommendations for treatment were the most thorough I have ever received. She gave me real expectations; not just something she thought I wanted to hear when it came to final results and she made that clear. She explained everything in such great detail, I knew I had chosen the right person to do my very first filler treatment and a repeat Botox treatment. Her room, tools, and workspace were all immaculate and she wore gloves throughout our visit. As she worked, she explained every single step and even told me what to expect, what are normal side effects, and what I should and should not do after my procedure. Not only that, she made great recommendations for aftercare. (super important, people!) When I was finished, I was absolutely ecstatic about my outcome! If you are looking for a new provider for Botox or filler, please consider coming to Mandala. I promise you will not regret it. I am already looking forward to my next visit! -
